FAQ
TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is an n-type cell technology that adds an ultra-thin oxide and polysilicon layer to the rear of the cell. It reduces recombination losses, giving higher efficiency, lower degradation and better hot-weather performance than older p-type PERC panels.
For homes and PM Surya Ghar installations, the residential SS-TP108 (395–455 W) and SS-TP144 (575–600 W) families fit typical Indian rooftops. Larger roofs can use the 132-cell families.
All modules carry a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year linear performance warranty, with ≤1% degradation in year one and ≤0.4% per year after that.
Yes. Every module is a bifacial glass–glass design with roughly 80% bifaciality, so the rear side also generates power from light reflected off the roof or ground.
All modules are manufactured at our 1.2 GW automated plant in Uttar Pradesh, India.
